1. We collect no personal data
Habit Streak stores all of your habits and history locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). This data never leaves your device. We operate no servers, and we use no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind. The app does not require an account.
2. Notifications
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. We do not receive, store, or process any information about your reminders or your activity.
3. Purchases
If you subscribe to Habit Streak Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
4. Children's privacy
Habit Streak is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.

1. Acceptance & license
By downloading or using Habit Streak, you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Subscriptions (Habit Streak Pro)
Habit Streak Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited habits, the full Stats dashboard, and the complete 90-day history.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How are streaks calculated?
Your current streak is the number of consecutive days you've completed a habit, ending today (or yesterday if you haven't checked it off yet). Missing a day resets the current streak, but your longest streak is always kept.
How do I set a reminder?
When creating or editing a habit, turn on the daily reminder and pick a time. Allow notifications when prompted — they're scheduled locally on your device.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall (e.g. tap the Stats tab) and choose Restore. Your Pro access returns on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Habit Streak and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Is my data private?
Yes — everything stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy above.
